Mr candy crush in angry I’ve been stuck on level 9292 for weeks now I think it’s broke

Sometimes when you fail a level, you get a message at the top of your screen prompting you to celebrate your friend's achievement. If you click 'Claim', three moves will be added to your next attempt at that level, increasing your total number of moves. It happens at random, not after every failed attempt, so you'll have to wait until it shows up.
how do you get bonus moves off friends
I'm sorry, it's impossible to give any other advice. This level REQUIRES more moves. So you can either keep failing until you are offered bonus moves from a friend (+3 that are added at the beginning of the level) and then try to win that attempt, or contact Support, tell them the level is impossible and ask for 10 gold needed to pass. And that's it.
It was never fixed @christinewupp . The presence of fish doesn't change the fact that 27 more dragons are needed, and they drop at the rate of one per move. There are few complaints because everyone is now accustomed to paying gold every time they face a difficult level, I think. Those who have 2 or 3 moves from the win streak bag have a chance to pass it on their first attempt. Plus, some have ads.
The level of luck is rather high on this level, and fish are helpful IF you have some bonus moves, so that's how most pass.

It's broken again? Is that just because they reduced the number of moves? I thought last time we had this issue King fixed it by creating the jelly fish to remove the sugar coats, so players no longer needed to use the frog. If this has been broken for weeks, why are we not seeing more complaints? Any theories on that?

Is your level 9292 like mine?
If so, then I'm sorry to say that you are absolutely right. It's broken and cannot be passed in 25 moves. By this, I mean that this level is mathematically impossible, not that the chances of passing are ridiculously small. It requires 27 moves to pass.
If you can't or won't spend 10 gold, you can pass by using the three bonus moves that you can sometimes get from a friend. Alternatively, you can complain to Support and hope that they will give you the 10 gold needed to pass. I don't expect it to be fixed though, it's been a year since it was broken.
