Candy Royale bounced out of tournament with no loss

I was bounced out of Candy Royale after winning 22/25 games, did not lose. Finished episode race, watched 2 ads to earn extra gold, then got the screen that said I was bounced out of tournament. I still have my super colour bomb, so there was a mistake or a glitch. Did not disconnect, did not lose a game. Thank you

That really is tough and I agree that the fact you kept your super charger is proof this was definitely an unfair glitch. It might be worth it contacting player support about this though in our experience here they are not usually very helpful for Candy Royale related matters. They sometimes give players a few boosters as compensation for genuine complaints. State your complaint as you stated it here. The first reply is always automated and if you don't hear any more reply to that email and restate your complaint.

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars

Inventory/Boosters Lost - (Edited by CM: Under investigation)!
My inventory disappeared overnight Hundreds of boosters lost Back to square one !! Any ideas why and how to retrieve ?? Gutted !!
Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
My entire inventory is gone!
What happened to my inventory?? I had over 1,000 candy bombs, over 250 candy hammers, 120 fish and more stuff. Now it's all gone. Why? I'm on the same device as always. It took me years to build up my inventory. Someone help please.
How i get my reward?
Pins collection i finish it I didn't received my reward.
