Yes it was the sweet cinema and I found it on the side they switched position of it…all good now😊
Hello @Mary-Ann_Avella, Are you referring to the "Sweet Cinema" feature? This feature involves a 4×4 set of tiles where you can win 12 boosters, one at a time, by watching ads. This feature, like other events, is not a permanent feature in the Candy Crush Saga game. Special features can appear at random times and for unpredictable lengths of time. I currently have the Sweet Cinema feature on one of my mobile devices but not on another device. There are many changes in the game at this time, so I hope you will see the Sweet Cinema event return soon.
All features involving ads are taken away if you spend any money on the game. Did you by chance make a purchase? If not the feature may reappear. I think you probably mean Sweet Cinema. King remove some helpful features from some players to test if it might encourage them to spend real money. Players can use gold to buy boosters, which can be useful in some cases, but I strongly advise against spending real money.
Not the wheel but I had it was like 12 spots you watch a video then click a box and get a booster that's not there anymore
Do you mean that the boosters wheel disappeared from your game @Mary-Ann_Avella ? This should not happen, as far as I know all players get it.
Check you map screen: Do you have widgets on it? For me the boosters wheel is a little icon near the top right of the map. If you do not see the wheel at all, do you see any events in your game?
Some features including the daily spin are only accessible online, so maybe you have lost connection to King's server? To check this: Does your map screen have other players on it and if you click on those does their player card load? If not then close the app, check your internet connection and reload the app until you are sure you are connected to King's server. If you are sure you are connected (does the shop load?) and after you play a level or two you should see all your events which definitely should include the daily spin wheel.
