Hello, my mother got a problem by linking her Accounts. She got a new phone and since then she cant Transfer her Candy Crush datas into her new phone. I Hope you guys can help us out. Thank you!

To sync Candy Crush Saga to a new phone, download the game, then open it and log in with the same Facebook or King account you used on your old phone. Your progress, including levels and gold bars, will automatically sync from the servers. Boosters and lives are device-specific and will not transfer, so it's best to use them before switching phones.
