Do you have the events tab missing by any chance? If so, then you cannot see this until it ends or you finish a new level. Unfortunately, the widget popup of the Weekly Contest on the map has been missing for a few weeks but I do have the events tab at least.
If none of them apply, then are you playing from Windows? Weekly contest is only on Android or Apple Devices.
Because I mostly play on Windows, I need to open CCS on android to see the contest but this one will be come less and less useful as I'll play 60 levels max and in a single day and Star Tournament can't be used to enhance the Weekly Contest score and much of the recordings will have progressed by a fairly good amount.
Last week I had finished all available levels which were enough to keep me first but going forward, I'll be unable to play more than 60 new levels and chances being that I will either be third, or in a position that will not allow me to reach the podium prize (Back when I wasn't playing CCS, it required you to be first 3 consecutive times for the podium but lately in 2024 it was buffed to require you to be at least third 3 consecutive times).

I have the same question! I will ask our manager to investigate if the Weekly Contest is missing intentionally, and if this change is temporary or permanent. I'll let you know when we have an answer to your question.

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
