Game keeps freezing

since they started this new music theme, my game has been freezing up and I have to close and restart. Has anyone else experienced this??

my game freezes constantly. Especially if I’ve used rewards or fold bars. I would never consider buying because I’ve lost so many. Ready to delete the game

my game keeps freezing and lost lots of lives and gold. I’ve followed everything on how to troubleshoot, but it’s still keep freezing. I hope you could fix this

Exactly the same here. I've given for the time being because it now freezes every time I play and I can't keep continuously closing it down and reloading it only for it to freeze again straight away.

I am sorry to hear that your game keeps freezing and that their are others (@MarilynRules) with the same problem.

I suggest trying the standard troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
Cache: (1) Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored. (2) Clear the cache on your device.
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Please reply to this post if your game continues to freeze after taking the above steps.

My game freezes about once a day. I close up and restart.

A player is not welcomed by the game if the player plays the game OFFLINE. The game will freeze after passing a level offline, everything freezes but the music😩

This happens since many widget appear on the map.

I couldn't tap on anything after a game so had to close and open it aga. It seems to be better today so hopefully it was just a little glitch.
