I am finding difficulty after one level win as the board become inactive. Every level you have to download and play. Is this the problem with Candy Crush Saga at this moment or my problem.

Thanks for letting us know and you’re not alone in this. The team is aware that some players are experiencing the game becoming inactive after finishing a level. It’s been reported and a fix is already being tested for an upcoming update.
In the meantime, restarting the app after each level is the best workaround. Hopefully the next release will sort this out soon 🙏

I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed?
