it realy frustrates me , i send lives to the people who ask for help , but i hardly get any lives back so i am going to deleate the people who just want lives but wont send lives

I understand how frustrating it is to not get Lives sent to you, especially when you send lives to others. I agree that you might consider removing those players who never send lives, especially if their profile shows they haven't played for a long time.
I assume you are familiar with the "Social" icon at the bottom of your screen. You can identify players who send lives by viewing their profile in the list of players in the "Add" tab. You can also share a link in this Community to "invite" members to become your friend. Our members are very supportive to each other. Check out the discussion below
Invitations expire after about a week, but you might try posting an invitation link in the above post to see if you can get new friends.
