Technical issue on Purchased gold bars

I have been purchased golden bars for extra move, there has at least over 5 times occurred errors when i used these bars and it stuck and hang the game. I believed my internet has no issue but thr frequent of this happened are become very often and i really feel frustrated again and again. You deducted my golden bars that didn’t compensate back when the game restarted. Anything you can do to? Very disappointed

The game connects to King's servers via the app store in Apple devices and I assume there is a similar procedure for Google and Facebook. In my experience the connection needed to make purchases has to be more reliable and stable for a longer period of time than the internet connection needed for other activities, such as surfing the web or sending emails. I have found that for me only a 5G signal is enough, or my own home wifi, not a shared network. The connection to King's servers is just too complex to establish and takes too long to play this game on anything less than ideal internet connections.

If you keep encountering this problem I am afraid the only sensible option is to not spend anything on Candy Crush in future.

For a refund on the purchases you made contact the company that holds your credit card details for all the purchases you make on your device, such as Apple, Google Playstore or Facebook. They have systems in place to refund purchases you did not receive.
