Yes all levels are beatable if you pay: Usually if you have played it enough times you are offered +255 extra moves. Then this level will be beatable just by spending 10 gold bars. If you have run out of gold and do not want to spend money then you are out of options I am afraid. Check here:

From what I can understand, you’re stuck on level 18366. Some levels can feel extremely tough, but they are all beatable.
Once you post in English, let us know what's the challenge you are having with the level and if possible include a screenshot of it so we can have a look and offer tips.

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
