Acct verification email has not been sent

The game says the email was sent but it wasn't. Most of these verifications emails from King are ending up in my junk or spam folders. For this one account, it just never arrived. Period. And like I said, there is NO way to request a new link in the game. No matter what King's website says. So.... I now lose my game of several years due to King's bugs and glitches bc I can't verify an account I've had for so many years, I've lost count. Yes. That's fair. Here is an idea - instead of coming up with all these ways to make our gameplay miserable, how about fixing the existing bugs in the game, such as REMOVING THAT GOLDEN CROWN BANNER FROM EACH LEVEL!

These are all older accounts. I've had some of these for 10 plus years and suddenly every account whether5okd or new needs to be verified? What for? And I'm sorry but I won't be contacting player support. EVER. I've never once received actual support from them. Only auto generated bot responses with links to articles. Useless.

• an older account you’ve been using for years?

This part helps a lot.

Also, have you already reached out to Player Support about the missing verification email?
They’re the only ones who can check your account details directly and help recover it if anything is stuck.

If not, here’s the easiest way to contact them from inside the game:

Open Candy Crush Saga
Tap the Settings ⚙️ (small gear icon)
Tap Help Center
Choose a topic related to Account / Login / Email
Scroll all the way down until you see “Contact Us”
Send them a message and describe exactly what’s happening

Once you’ve sent the ticket and get an automated reply back, feel free to let me know the ticket number so I can follow up with Support team.
