Facebook log in

I have been trying to log in using my Facebook account on a new phone. It keeps saying error. I have tried using different devices and all say error. I am on level 6846 and if I lose everything, i will cry and riot. Also I tried all the info I got from the help page. Didn't work. And then I accidentally logged out of my account on my old phone and I fear all my levels are now gone even though I was logged in.

I have already emailed them twice and always all they send me is a generetic message that does not help... I want my levels back. Can someone just help me.

This does not help me. Why is every answer always the same

King Account not able to login
I have logged in through FB bit i want to change that and sync with King Account with the progress in FB but after creating account I am not able to login help please

Would you please quit using the temu apps, every time I watch add it kicks me out. It's getting very frustrating to play. I'm not going to keep playing untill they stop. And if you choose to keep using the adds, I will delete the game. Thank you, theresa

this level requires 40 yellow candies to pass, but none fall onto the board. I’ve restarted and updated my phone, cleared the cache, etc.
