I purchased the season pass upgrade and have been using it and collecting prizes. Today the upgrade is locked and the upgraded prizes are no longer available until I purchase again. please help!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
