I lost my all boosters and inventory

Subject: Lost Boosters After Reinstall

Hello King Support Team,
I recently uninstalled Candy Crush from my phone on 23 November, and after reinstalling the game, all my boosters are lost. My levels and progress were restored, but none of my boosters are showing.

Here are my details:

Player ID: 12719279533
Game: Candy Crush Saga
Issue: All boosters lost after uninstall
Items lost: All boosters (quantity unknown)
Date of uninstall: 23 November

Please help me restore the missing boosters or provide compensation.

Hello @pradeep55 in addition to Christine's information please note that the missing boosters will not be restored.

Also please note that compensation will only be provided if you purchased any of the missing boosters. You will not get compensation for boosters that you obtained from just playing the game.

If you did purchase any of your lost boosters then you will have to contact Player Support to see if they will help you.

This is a normal feature of Candy Crush. Boosters are stored within the app on the device on which they were gained. So if we play on a new phone we start off with an inventory that is empty. If we uninstall the app all data relating to it will be lost (my phone warns me about this before deleting any app).

Progress and gold balance are stored on King's servers and can be retrieved.

I have two issues.
I have two issues. The first is that ads used to appear before, and I would get one or more extra attempts to play from them. The second is that my friends do not appear in the inbox, and I do not receive any help from them.
Gold bars dissapeared
I had 75 gold bars that suddenly disappeared and I know I only have six.
