My account cannot connect to my Facebook

After trying the different instructions in the Help section to transfer my account to a new phone, none worked. I went as far as logging out and now

I lost all my levels and cannot reconnect on Facebook on any of my devices. Is there a way to restore my account with all my levels??

Hi, yes that level sounds about right.

Unfortunately, your detailed instructions still did not work. I am getting the same error. "Login Error: There is an error in logging you into this application. Please try again later."

Is it possible to restore my account without Facebook if that is causing the issue?

I took a closer look at your account using the number shown on your avatar, and the good news is that your game progress is safely backed up. The latest level I’m seeing on your profile is level 8400, so nothing has been lost.

Just to double-check, does that match the level you should be on?

Since the issue seems to be the Facebook login getting stuck, here are a few things that usually fix this kind of connection problem:

Delete and reinstall the Candy Crush Saga app
If you have the Facebook app installed, delete and reinstall that as well
Clear the cache on your device
Restart your phone
Reinstall the game and try logging in again

Once everything is freshly installed, the game should reconnect to Facebook normally and pull your saved progress back in.

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
