If the bars still haven’t appeared, please contact Player Support from inside the game, because they can look up your purchase:
Go to Settings → Help Center → Purchases Scroll down and select Contact Us.
They’ll be able to check the transaction and sort it out for you. Feel free to let me know if you need help finding the menu!
