cant log in with Facebook

I changed a phone and I can’t login to Facebook with restore my account, I’m at 10018 level and I don’t want to lose it, when I try I get this text from a screenshot, I tried going to Facebook and your activity, games and websites and removed ccs and it still doesn’t let me log in. I want to get my progress back and disconnect from Facebook and use a normal email login. my Facebook account is connected to the same email I created this account, I also tried to log out from my old iPhone to see if it will allow me to log in but now I can’t even login on my old account so my progress is lost also there. PLEASE restore my account because of my level and almost 2000 golden bars
