I have recently received this badge and I'm just curious to know how does one qualify to get this badge is it the same as achieving level 10,000, so what's the difference between (candy crush level 10000 celebration) and (candy crush level 10000)

Good eye,those are two different badges.
The first one (the “10 000 Celebration” badge) came from a special community event we ran when level 10k was first released. That event is over now, so no one can earn that badge anymore.
The second one is the current badge everyone gets for actually reaching level 10,000 in the game.
And the fun part? You already have both 🤗
