Yes you are being blocked. This happens when players get to within 2000 levels of the end of the game. It gets really horrible and hard with lots of impossible levels. These are your options:

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.
