Dear Candy Crush Team,
I previously sent you a complaint regarding the game, which I have been struggling with for the past four months.
I do not know the reason, but I suspect that the game settings on my account have become extremely difficult.
There is one level where I have been stuck for two months — this is impossible. Something is wrong.
I deleted the game and reinstalled it, but it made no difference.
A friend of mine, who started years after me, is able to pass this level within a month.
Clearly, something is not right.
Please help me. I have been connected to this game since 2012.
