New Phone

i got a new phone and logged into my profile for candy crush saga but all the levels i completed have not been restored. Im basically starting from level 1 again. How long does it take for your progress to load ? Below shows a screen shot from my new phone with me logged into my account and old phone with the continue progress

It normally shouldn’t take long at all — your progress should sync almost instantly once you’re logged into the same account used on your old phone. If you’re still seeing level 1 after a few minutes, it usually means the game is logged into a different account than the one tied to your real progress. Double-check the login (Facebook/King), then restart the app — if it still doesn’t load, you’ll need King Support to manually restore your levels.

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
