That user has fewer than 10 Goldbars as shown on the screenshot. He/She can't buy this offer, unfortunately due to the amount of Gold Bars he/she has.
I don't understand: What is the error in your screenshot?
Are you unable to click on the offer? This may be because you have lost connection to the server. Close the app, check internet and then reload the app. Check that you have connection: Can you see other players and click on their avatars to see their player cards? Can you access the shop at the bottom? If you do then play the level again and pay the 10 gold bars.
255 moves will definitely finish the level. Follow the suggested moves if you don't know which moves to play. The fact that you cannot pass this level without gold bars is not an error, it is part of the programming.
That must be terrible experience. If it completely refuses you'll have to wait for the music tournament to end this week for the game interface to return to normal mostly the final game of each episode. Best of luck crusher!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
