• Are you seeing any error message? • If so, could you share a screenshot of it? • And could you also share your Game ID, so we can double-check things on our side?

I also bought a gift card for Candy Crush Saga. I followed the instructions on the back of the card which are:1
I should be able to log in with my email address and password, but that doesn't work. I can also try logging in with Facebook, but when try that I never opens a new page for me to log in.
