Most of the time my game is disconnected

I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏

As advised by Kiara this is probably an issue related to your device not connecting to King's server. This happens to a lot of others as well in all sorts of countries. I get this problem when I travel on a train in Europe as well. The app requires a stable internet connection to load as there is so much data to download every time we play. No all internet connections are reliable enough for this game. I am sorry but this is a problem at your end, not something King can fix for you. Try the trouble shooting suggested by Kiara: Closing and reloading the app usually helps me when I have lost connection to the server. You will know you are connected if you can click on the avatars of other players on the map and then their player cards show.

Sorry to hear your game isn’t connecting… A quick check can usually fix it:
1️⃣ Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile network.
2️⃣ Close the game completely and reopen it.
3️⃣ If it still doesn’t connect, try restarting your device.
