Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.
I have the same issue!
This level is broken @Anathi11 . It cannot be passed in less than 24 moves, regardless of the strategy used or the boosters used. The last dragon will only drop on the 24th move no matter what you do.
You have to either pay 10 gold for extra moves or wait until you are offered three extra moves from a friend.
When you claim such an offer, three moves will be added to your next attempt, increasing your total number of moves, and you can possibly pass the level on that attempt if you use boosters. Don't waste them on any other attempt.
You can try reporting it to Support, but sadly, in all likelihood they won't even understand what the problem is.

Unable to purchase
