ohhh, I see…I could figure it earlier but im not spending any gold recently. Its a kind of incentive on spending gold.

I think you are misunderstanding this event even though after reading the explanation by Christine.
You are still spending your gold bars on boosters directly in shop not this event. This event is a kind of rebate after you have spent certain amounts of gold bars including using them directly on boosters or buy extra moves after failing a level. Therefore if you are going to use your gold bars to buy some boosters in the near future, you CAN get some extra rewards while this event is activating. 😆
You don't spend gold directly on the event: It registers automatically if we spend any gold and will count any gold spent in the game towards the reward. So if you get a reward for this it's a free bonus.
Yes, I meant the rewards lounge exactly. So it's not worth spending gold on this event; it's better to use the gold directly on boosters. That was my question. I understand your concern, but I hope that in the next All Stars, the account review will be more accurate, because saving gold is perfectly normal.

It depends on your aim @GiggzZz . Mine is to create an account ready for All Stars, including a gold balance that is not too huge to be suspicious. So I've spend a lot of my gold on boosters. This is a risky strategy because there are some glitches in the game that make boosters disappear, but I am not that bothered about it all, so I take that risk. So spending a lot of gold all at once to fill up for All Stars, yes, I think it might work. Any other reason then no: What you get is not worth it. Here is my offer:
The special wrap does not help me pass levels or episodes, so that is not worth it for me. As you can see the number of gold we have to spend to get any prize just goes up and up and up. So no, it's definitely not worth it for its own sake.
