Hello. The reward lounge is best ignored unless you spend a lot of gold bars in your game. It is a kind of reward system similar to the loyalty bonus rewards you see in a lot of the big supermarket chains: If you spend a lot of gold bars on purchases you get a few free extras in your game. That is what this is all about, so it's best ignored.
