Ok, thanks for 'splaining that, dude or dudette. I just play (played) the game, never really got into the naming conventions of all that. Yet, despite your very good explanation, I suspect the programmers (or whatever the game designers are called nowadays) could remedy issues like this.
Perhaps they could post something during the game that lets you know that "Even though we are saying you have another 7 hours and 13 minutes till the end of this event, we're gonna cut your ass off and throw the game to the curb if you are in this particular window of time between the Chiclets and the rubber bands, beneath the toilet paper and dinner plates, etc." <Sarcasm> A little tweak of a scene from "The Jerk."

You realise that none of us work for King and apart from those with a title like "moderator" or "game expert" do not represent King? On that note, I agree with you that this stinks. I can see this is (rightfully) all upsetting to you @jpmac88. Perhaps it's time to just ditch the game and be done with it. It isn't worth agonising over, it's supposed to just be a game.
A loop = A gameplay of 60 levels with four special event levels.
But unfortunately when an expedition event is about to end in less than a day and you finish that event another time, you won't be given the chance to replay it no matter if a special subevent like Tape Collection from Concert Chaos is finished or not. The game will think that you've finished the event as a whole if fewer than 24 hours are left. Same if you're about to finish out the levels soon aka you have less than 60 levels left by the time you finish out the event
Me too. They should give everyone 300 gold bars, or at least award them to those who were close to the end.
What the heck is a loop? Whatever it is, your explanation doesn't make sense. If an event indicates that there are 2 hours 47 minutes remaining for example, then there should be 2:47 left to play. There were more than seven hours left in the music season for me and I had only one more cassette tape to make to earn 300 gold bars. Suddenly it was gone! That's just a dirty, rotten, shame and a big lousy scam!
A similar thing happened on prize paluza, which did not tally up the orange candies. I was minutes away from a hundred gold bars. They apologized by giving me one stupid flying saucer. why not the hundred gold bars?
Anyhow, I had played music season and knew exactly how many games I had to play every day to get there to get the three hundred bars. it's like dangling a carrot in front of a horse that he will never get to eat. I'm sick and tired of these kind of glitches or scams.

Thanks for sharing your info about the premature end of the event. Unfortunately if you finish out a Loop and fewer than 24 hours are left for the event, the game won't give you the chance to replay the event. The same scenario will occur if you finish out a Loop and fewer than 4 episodes are left to finish out the saga map of the time. The latter scenario occurred to me because after finishing out the 17th Loop, the event disappeared from my account and didn't came back.
In other words, that's to be expected now that Music Season is coming to an end. All expedition events work that way so that if it has less than 24 hours left, then you're done with it after finishing the loop, same if after the loop less than 4 episodes are left. The former occurred to me with the MidSummer Meltdown event as after I finished out the event, less than 24 hours were remaining for that expedition and as a result, the event ended for me.
Happened to me too. Another glitch I guess. Hope they fix it or extend the time.
Same here! It was like 12h to end and it disappeared too. Very disappointing.

Witam, dokładnie mam tak samo…jeszcze dzisiaj rano pokazywało mi że do końca sezonu muzycznego jest ponad jeden dzień a dzisiaj popołudniu już go nie było,a brakowało mi tak niewiele żeby go ukończyć i odebrać zasłużoną nagrodę :( To już druga taka sytuacja gdzie biorę udział w konkursie i nie jest mi dane skończyć z powodu błędów w grze :(
