This note below is simply a moment to look back at some of the things you were part of this year. You gave feedback on Pins and helped us make them clearer. You shared your thoughts on the Fish update, and your reports made a real difference. And many of you shared ideas for Level 20 000, which helped inspire how it turned out.
These are only a few examples, but they show how your voice helps guide us. We also know there are still areas that need improvement. There are features that you want us to look at, and things you want to see fixed or changed. We continue to send your feedback to the teams, and your comments help us focus on what matters most.

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re unwrapping your sweet wins from the year. We want to reflect on what has been a fantastic year for Candy Crush and the role you’ve played in that.

When you told us that Fish boosters weren’t targeting blockers the way they should, we listened. The updated Fish now prioritize tricky blockers like Toffee Swirls and interact more intelligently with special Candies. The results have made levels more satisfying and strategic to play.
You shaped the Pins system.
Your feedback helped us simplify how Pins are earned. Thanks to that, Pins have become one of the most loved features in the game. All your comments and interactions help us, so please keep coming to us with new ideas.
You gave us design feedback for Level 20,000.
You supported this important level, and we listened to your ideas about how you wanted it to look and feel. 70 of you shared your thoughts, and feedback. You left your candy-coated fingerprints all over this one. Thank you!

This year, we’ve seen more collaboration, support, and kindness than ever before. From tips and encouragement to shared moments during tournaments, you made Candy more than a game, you made it a community. We see you, the fan who brings Denize the dragon to life every season, the one who celebrates the Candy Frog with pure joy, and the members who are always there to help others when they’re struggling or need support.
