Hello, good day. I am sending an email from Iran. We connect with VPN to play your game. For several days now, it keeps saying "Please restart or try again later". It keeps saying "Please do not reinstall the game". It cannot connect. It cannot go online and cannot use the rewards. What happened???

Hi @baharnarenj5002 I understand that dealing with restrictions and needing to use a filter breaker is very frustrating. I’m not dismissing your experience at all, and we appreciate that you choose to play our game despite the extra steps you need to take.

The difficulty here is that the connection issues you’re facing are caused by the local internet limitations in your region and the VPN/filter breaker setup. These are outside of our control, so there isn’t a technical fix we can apply from the game’s side.

If you ever experience an issue inside the game itself that isn’t related to VPN use or regional connectivity, we're here and happy to help 🙂

In my country and countries like mine, we use filter breakers to force connection. Do you think it's fun??? Instead of sympathy and a solution, you are despising us?? It is your honor that we play your game with all these restrictions.

Unfortunately, we can’t support or troubleshoot VPN-related connections or bypassing restrictions, and we don’t have specific regional fixes we can apply. The error you’re seeing usually means the game can’t reach our servers from your current network.

The best next steps are to try from a different internet connection or country network where the game can connect normally, or contact your local network provider about access issues.

And whatever you do, do not reinstall the game app but check if you can try different network first.
