Hi! I spun my daily reward wheel and recieved my 2hr colour bomb. But it won't activate. Any ideas please? X

Hi @Vonnyvon45 sorry to hear the daily reward didn’t activate for you. I can see a few hours have passed since you posted, so I’m guessing the 2-hour Colour Bomb hasn’t shown up for you at all.
For future reference, the booster should activate the moment you start a level. You’ll see the timer on the pre-game screen before you press Play, and then the Colour Bomb will automatically appear on the board in your next level (not previous ones).
If this ever happens again, a couple of quick things you can try are:
• Close the game app completely and reopen it • Make sure you have a stable internet connection • Check the pre-game screen to see if the 2-hour timer appears
Hopefully it won’t happen again, but if it does, these steps usually help the booster refresh correctly.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
