ads kick me out
Hello @Debbie_Friesz unfortunately it's not just Amazon that cause issues in the game. In my game Temu, PayPal, AgeUK, Amazon and other adverts either freeze my phone or take me to their websites.
On Android when an advert opens its own website you can still manage to obtain the reward by using the backup button.
Adverts that freeze the game can't be fixed by a player.
There isn't a lot you can do about adverts that cause issues as only King can fix them. I find the best thing to do is only watch adverts that don't cause you to fail a level.
Adverts have been crashing the game since 2021 so either King can't fix the issue or they don't want to.
To report your adverts scroll to the bottom of this page and select Help Center. When the page opens search for Adverts and select the article related to your issue
