I haven't received lives from friends or got any requests from friends to send them any in months. Have been told there is nothing wrong with game by support but there is a problem

Yes @mexl reinstalling the game rarely solves any issue as generally the issue is being caused by King, so only they can fix it.

If you add me to your game I will send you lives and you can send me life requests and this way we will found out if you can still receive lives.
Not a single life this week compared to getting more than I was allowed to use only a short time ago….I tried reinstalling, to no avail. Thanks for your comments, as now, I know I'm not alone in this problem.

I always send lives to the people in my 'Social' list, but as we have spoken about here many times before just because I send lives doesn't mean the person I send them to gets them.
According to my Player Card I have sent over 2000 lives.
Requests for lives in my game has definitely changed over the last four months or so.
I used to receive twenty something life requests a day, but this has gradually changed to the position I am in now.
Last week and again this week the requests I receive has reduced to one request a day and from a different person each day.
Unfortunately for us King will never admit that there is an issue with the life system or that they have altered it in anyway.
The only answer King will provide is to blame your app version/internet connection and tell you to add more friends.

There's 8 hours left. As you can see it says claim but when I go to the screen it's like I didn't purchase. Yet I can't buy it either. AI support says this is a known issue. Is this true?
