why have I lost all my inventory totals on Candy Crush Saga?
The inventory gets wiped when we delete and reinstall the app as boosters are saved on the device on which they were won, earned or bought. King's servers only store details of our progress and gold balance.
If you lost your inventory for other reasons then this is a glitch and the only one able to help you would be player support. This is the link to contact them. Make sure you include your player ID.
@DFranco This is a known problem for many players. Please do not play the level until it gets fixed and do not waste and gold or boosters! Here the official answer:

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
