While all of my friends get to watch ads to get exyra moves and boosters, but for me i am not getting anything, and i am stuck at a legendary level for a long time now.

This is the situation in 2025:
You cannot do anything. Don't spend any money on the game and you might get ads back but there is nothing you can do to make it faster or bring them back, it's up to King who gets them and who does not. However if you spend money you will definitely not get to see ads again.
I haven’t gotten ads in 2 weeks. How do I get them back?

We are very sorry that you are missing the ad video feature. Actually this feature is controlled by test group which is fully automatic so manual control is not possible in such cases.Moreover this type of feature is not permanent i.e. you can miss the feature anytime and get back the feature again after a certain period of time.Always keep the game app updated and keep playing the game, hope you get your favorite feature back soon.

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.
I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
