What’s the use of a flying saucer when the game closes unexpectedly

I have this issue too I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, I followed the instructions of closing other apps while playing but it’s very upsetting I lose all of my boosters and win streaks anytime the stupid flying saucer booster comes out it freezes the app I’d love an option to not have that booster appear at all it has ruined this game for me especially upsetting to lose my win progress over the app shutting down.

it’s not when the flying saucer is used , that’s the compensation from Candy when it happens. It happens on many levels, the game freezes then closes. Sometimes you get a screen saying the game closed unexpectedly choose a reward from these 2. More often though there’s no reward

Hi @andfie thanks for the screenshot. Just to make sure I understand what’s happening, could you help clarify a few things?

• Does the game close as soon as the Flying Saucer is used, or later in the level?

• Has this happened more than once, or was it a one-time thing?

• Is it only happening on this level, or have you seen it on others as well?

• Was the Flying Saucer one you selected before starting the level, or one that was added automatically (for example from a reward)?

Once we know a bit more about when and how it’s happening, we can look into it further.
