I lost my game level after getting new computer

You shouldn’t normally lose your game progress just by switching to a new computer, so this is very likely a login or account mismatch rather than progress being gone.

A couple of things to double-check:

Are you logged into the same Facebook account you used on your previous computer?
If you’re playing via the Windows app, are you signed in with the same email address you used before?
If you’ve ever played on a mobile device, was your progress connected to Facebook or a King account there?

It’s very common for progress to appear missing when the game is opened while logged into a different account, even if it looks similar.

Try logging out and back in again, making sure you’re using the exact same account details as before, and let us know what you see after that.
