Regarding your Gold bars, I have taken a look into your account and tickets, and it looks unfortunately your account was not being backed up which means you were using a guest account, since I was unable to locate your balance.

I have gone ahead and added a few Gold Bars to your account to help you a little, while it may not be the amount you used to have, I hope they come in handy.

Are you sure we're talking about the right game? You're playing Blossom Blast Saga?

Do you have a screenshot showing how many gold bars you had before creating a King account? Or do you still have receipts from when you bought the gold bars?

Also, to investigate what exactly happened, I need your player ID —> How can I find my player ID?
