From what I understand so far, it looks like your game progress dropped from over level 12,000 to around level 7,000, which can sometimes happen if the game is opened while logged into a different account or not properly connected.
In the meantime, you might find this helpful: 👉 Help Center – Lost Progress You can choose your preferred language in the Help Center, and it walks through the most common reasons progress appears missing and what to do next.
