I understand how helpful the rewards from watching ads can be. Unfortunately, video ads are not a permanent feature in King games. To learn more about them, view the following post:

As vezes aparece um , que por sinal é o único que está rolando, do outro jogo da King.
This isn't a problem @3AjitKumar and it is just the way the game works.
All the players' of the game do not receive all of the available game features at the same time. This means you either have adverts or you do not.
Not seeing adverts therefore means that you will not get them or you will receive them sometime in the future.
Alternatively not seeing adverts if you have made a recent purchase means you will never see adverts in your game.
