Dobry den, dnes jsem 2x provedla platbu na bonusy (2x79,-) z účtu se mi to strhlo, ale ve hře mi to napsalo, ze částka nebyla stržena a žádné bonusy se nepřičetly. Neni to poprvé, co se to stalo. Nevíte někdo, jak to řešit ??
