Episode Race not working as it should.

Hi, I had a problem a few weeks ago where I lost all my levels, after some time it was fixed by King.
After this I noticed in the last few days my episode race is not working as it should, I contacted King again at first they asked a few questions to which I replied, but now all I get is an automated reply to discuss it on here, not sure what having a chat here is going to do to fix it, I see that other people are having the same problem
It's a real shame that King can't fix bugs as fast as they can take money!!

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
