Colour bomb super charged

Hi

For the last few days whenever I activate the supercharged colour bombs for 24 hours they disappear whenever I stop playing regardless of the time limit. For example today I had nine hours left to use the booster however once I completed my level and stopped playing for an hour, I returned to find that the booster was removed as if I had lost the level which I hadn’t. This has happened at least three times is there something going on?

Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Gold bar
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
Fraude
Estoy cansado que despues de ver un anuncio me eche del juego sin obtener la recompensa. Esto pasa demasiadas veces y me parece un fraude
Boosters not received
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
Stuck at level 12077 pls help
