To remove a card/change payment information, please follow below steps depending on the device you are using⬇️

🤖 Android device

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app.
Tap Menu > Account.
Tap Payment methods > More payment settings.
If prompted, sign in to pay.google.com.
In your browser, tap Menu > Payment methods.
Under the payment method, you want to edit, tap Edit.
Make your updates and tap Update.

🍏 Apple device

Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store;
Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in;
Tap Payment Information, then change or remove your information;
To remove the payment method, select None. If you don't see None or can't select it, get help from Apple using —> THIS Link;
Note: Make sure your name and billing address exactly match the information on file with your financial institution. Then tap Done.
If you change your payment method to a credit or debit card, you might see a temporary authorization hold. If that happens, please check —> This link

Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
