Friends

One of my friends disappeared from my friends list in Candy Crush. I sent her a new link to become friends again and she got an oops you’re already friends. So I had her send me a life and she comes up with someone else’s name attached to her. She didn’t change her name. The name that appears on my friends list is at the same level as she is. What can be done?

This sounds to me like your friends is still in your list and probably never disappeared but for some reason now appears as the avatar and with the name originally given to her by the game. If all the other details on the player card are correct then it's the same person. There is nothing you can do to change the image but your friend probably can. To change the image and name click on your own player icon on the map screen and then on the "edit" function to change the image, name and frame. We often see the original avatars on other players' player cards, or the singing face they gained in the music event. It's a glitch that may go away by itself.
