2,99 euros paid without access to piggy bank

Dear Sir or Madam,

Today I paid 2,99 euros to get the 30 gold bars from my piggy bank... An error occurred during the operation but the money was actually withdrawn from my bank account without getting the 30 gold bars.

Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
