The goal object does not drop till the last move

no matter how many times I have tried the level I am stuck on. I cannot finish the level as the last goal item does not come down until I have one move left. Am I doing something wrong? The last attempt it had not come down until I had finished my last move. How is this possible to pass this level?

No, you are not doing anything wrong. Some levels the last sprink does not drop until the last move, making the entire level seem pointless. There is nothing you can do to speed this up as the drop rates are fixed by the game.

You are meant to spend gold bars for some extra moves on levels like this. Budget your gold wisely so you can then pay your way out of these impossible levels. A lot of these kind of levels were originally designed to have more moves, but then were changed later. This is quite common in Candy Crush and impossible levels are becoming more common now.
