How is this fair?!

I have played this level several times and only received a few yellow candies when playing! I even used my coins to buy more turns (35) and I still had that many yellow left! Please see attached picture. What is going on?! I lost my super charger and was kicked out of the bonus event because I lost a life!

This level is broken and when I tried it out recently I immediately got this before being able to make a single move:

I am surprised you do not get this immediate pass feature. I have just now tried to play the level and exactly the same happens in my game again today:

I wonder if you are maybe playing an older update of the game? Check you are playing the latest update of the app. If there is no available update then contact Player Support to report this issue. You should get an automatic "lucky moment" pass like I do when you attempt this broken level.

Use this link and include your player ID in the email. You cannot pass this level in its current form as it is dropping the wrong colour candies.

No option for the 6 hours for 69 gold bars was available a few days ago

So I was playing and my lives finished so I left the game... hours passed I thought they were full again so I went back only to find all those minutes pending...I don't know if it's because I was using VPN or something but I don't know what to I can't wait all those hours...is there a way you can help me ???
Issue with game.
My blue candies are not being counted. I've been playing and beating new levels for 2 hours and I'm still only at 105 blues. I would like to see it fixed if possible, I'm now way behind because of it!
