Why do we continually not get the treat package offer on Friday's. It would be nice to be able to depend on that.
Did you mean the sales? If so, then these sales that not only appear on Friday but also on Saturday and Sunday (And is a single ones for each day) appear on the weeks where DFTT (Don't Feed the Troll) doesn't appear. These sales alternate with Treat Parade each week and the previous week that contained the new year's eve was the one with Treat Parade instead of Sales.
The sales event, called Friday Sale, Saturday Sale or Sunday Sale depending on the day it appears can appear to almost every account even in the very lower range. Those involve spending real money, unfortunately so I never depend on these. All it gives is timed pre-game boosters and Unlimited Lives
