Level 19266

Been on this level for over a month now. What on earth r u doing to the game? Have been a player for over 12 years. Impossible to do. The wheel brings up the same thing every time. Where have the gold bars gone? Has the game now gone purely money related, think I will have to stop playing after all this time, which will be a shame. Very very disappointing

Same here. On level 18651. Can’t win any levels unless I have gold bars which seem impossible to earn. Feel like I am in a Catch 22. May have to quit also. Not fun anymore. Spend weeks on 1 level.

How do you define "random" @Alex_The_Witch ? Have you looked it up in a dictionary lately? The booster wheel is not random. In fact just about nothing in Candy Crush is random. Please try to avoid using this word as it makes me really angry if it's used incorrectly.

As for the rest of the issues you've described, please note that the rewards provided by features such as the Booster Wheel are random, and we have no control over it. Regarding the loss of Gold Bars, how did this loss occur? Can you also share a timeframe?
